Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have it hooked up to a soundbar,, and we can't get any sound out of the TV at all. That is OK as it goes to the sound bar. My understanding is that the previous model had bluetooth so you could use headphones or hearing aids, but this model does not have blue tooth capability. Someone at best buy told me I could use blue tooth headphones with this TV, but they were wrong. I had to return the headphones.
