QuestionAre ALL of the HDMI inputs 2.1, specifically ARC?

- Answer There is no HDMI 2.1 on this TV but the HDMI 3 input is eARC.

QuestionRegarding the 75", is the reported lighter contrast/black levels on the 950G really that noticeable compared to 900F in a room that has some ambient light at night (dim lamp or bias lighting)?

- Answer I have never looked at a 900F so I can't compare. I probably read the same reviews you did of the earlier high-end model with the xwide angle filter having lighter contrast level. I have the 75" 950G and I think the picture is exceptional. Blacks seem deep black to me at least. I had the 65 inch for awhile and decided I liked the picture so much to return it and get the bigger size. I think the 75" looks just as good color-wise. I don't think the 75 inch is as bright as the 65 inch but it is still very bright and bright enough. If I stop to look for defects in the picture about the only thing I can find is that all of the extreme corners of the screen are just a bit dim. I was also considering the Samsung Q90R but I haven't seen one yet. I have a feeling the panel itself is nicer on the Q90R. I ruled the Q90R out because it is $1,500 more, doesn't have Dolby Vision, has a cheaper remote and Bixby instead of Android TV. How ironic that I love my Samsung Note 9 phone running android, but they decided to go their own way with Bixby here! Anyway, I'm happy with my choice - and at the moment, I would make the same choice.

QuestionWhat is the stand length point to point? Will it fit on a console thats L: 72" x W: 16.5" x H:27.5"?

- Answer Mine is on a console 66" L, 19.5 W and 33H and has pleny of room to Spare, The stand itself is 55.5 point to point and 14.5 deep. I replaced a Vizio what a difference. It's like going to the movies, It should come with a popcorn dispenser.

- Answer Open box means just that, opened item taken out and then put back in. Refurbished means it had something fixed then put up for sale. Hope this helps.

QuestionMy Xfinity remote has quit pairing with the sound bar and sound box for my XBR-75X950G. . I can only get the sound to work if I use the Sony AV System remote. I have tried at least 30 times to pair the two when the Xfinity remote is in settings mode.

- Answer I was told "no", by the best buy folks, that it had to be transported in a vertical way. Hence I was unable to pick it up myself as I didn't have a truck. They delivered it to my doorstep.

QuestionDoes the 75" Sony950 TV support two audio outputs simultaneously? Example: output #1 - TV HDMI output to a soundbar ARC input (room audio) // output #2 - TV Optical output to a bluetooth reciever input (connects to hearing aids)

- Answer We have it hooked up to a soundbar,, and we can't get any sound out of the TV at all. That is OK as it goes to the sound bar. My understanding is that the previous model had bluetooth so you could use headphones or hearing aids, but this model does not have blue tooth capability. Someone at best buy told me I could use blue tooth headphones with this TV, but they were wrong. I had to return the headphones.

QuestionWhat HDMI port is best for the PS4, because the port I have it in when you press input on the remote and go to the PS4, the screen just flashes but you can not see the PS4 screen? What am I doing wrong?

- Answer I have mine in hdmi input 4 and it works. You may want to double check your hdmi cable and make sure it isn’t old and outdated.

Questionjust got this tv (75” 950g) with sound bar (sony ht-z9f) Why while watching netflix does sound cut out? everything else works flawlessly (ps4, and all other apps) it’s just netflix, what’s going on?

- Answer If you haven't done so I'd try re-installing Netflix or try updating it if it has a update. Sadly I've not had this issue except when Google thinks someone said OK Google.
