• If you haven't done so I'd try re-installing Netflix or try updating it if it has a update. Sadly I've not had this issue except when Google thinks someone said OK Google.

• I just got the same tv and my tv randomly turns itself off and half the time when I try and turn it off it keeps turning itself back on.
