“Would like to get a direct answer in one spot what is the difference between refurbished and open Box if a TV has less than say 5 or 10 hours on it. I see work orders being tore off with significant amounts of parts and labor to sell open bx trucked in”

Open box means just that, opened item taken out and then put back in. Refurbished means it had something fixed then put up for sale. Hope this helps.
