Rest assured that your feedback will help us improve our products and services. For optimum performance, it is recommended to install the latest software version of the TV. Make sure that you are using a working power outlet. Resetting the TV to factory settings may also help resolve the issue. Please refer to the steps below: 1. On the supplied remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button or HOME button depending on your TV. 2. Select Settings. 3. Select System → About → Reset → Factory data reset → Erase everything → Yes. Hope this helps. In case you need further assistance, please let us know.
