“Hi, I brought this model from your store recently. But I don't see the sticker on the upper right side of the TV, and the energy star sticker is not attached on the TV either. Is that normal? Should all brand new TV have these labels?”

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. All our TVs leave the factory with an energy guide sticker on the bottom right. In your case, it would be best to reach back to your dealer as we don't have any knowledge in the sales condition of your particular TV. Regards, -Craig
