Hi Chris, Thank you for purchasing the Sony X850G. We regret to hear that you're having issues with the Disney+ and HBO Max app. Have you also experience this with other apps? Is there a soundbar or audio system connected to your TV? For now, please make sure that the firmware of the TV is up to date. Also, please perform a power reset. Unplug the TV for 1 minute then plug it back in.
