Hi Echoing, We regret to hear you are having an issue with your Sony BRAVIA connected to your Sony soundbar. When connecting an HDMI cable that is (arc) compatible from the soundbar the TV HDMI 3 input on the x85K it should automatically switch to the audio device connected, if BRAVIA sync is on. That feature should be on by default. Please check BRAVIA sync settings in the TV settings and make sure you are using a high speed HDMI cable to interconnect the TV and soundbar. Should you need further assistance, you can email us at [email protected] with the following details: Name: Best Buy Username: Model Number: Issue: Telephone Number: Sincerely, Vincent
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sound bar should be connected to the e/arc hdmi port, and then it will be automatically turned on and off when the tv is turned on and off, and the tv speakers will be automatically disabled, there is no option to manually disable the tv speakers, also make sure that option for that is enabled in Bravia Sync settings ...
