The smart view function of your Galaxy S10 uses screen mirroring (Miracast™) function, which is not supported by the TV. To cast your favorite websites and app screens of your Galaxy S10 directly to the TV, you will need to use the built-in Google Cast function of the TV. I hope this helps! - Romeo
