Reboot everything. Also, do a system restart on the SONY. That should fix it.

Please make sure your TV is connected to the internet and the Automatic Software Update setting is set to ON to keep the software updated to the most current version. The automatic update is released on a staggered schedule so it may take a week or so before it is sent to your TV.
