• It does not make it ideal for the next generation PS5 or Xbox. Both systems will drop hdr, 10bit color and ray tracing in order to run 1080p at 120. While the TV is great, both new systems will not make use of the 2.1 hdmi speed without clipping the graphical output. Long story short, you don’t need to waste money to pick up a tv with hdmi 2.1. However, if you are looking for a great 4K tv that performs well for movies, tv, gaming etc. then this is a great choice.
