YES it will work with the PS5 but read ahead to know the *requirements*. That is how I have been using it. I purchased the PSVR for the first time recently and the newer PSVR bundles will include an adaptor that is needed to connect the PS4 camera to the PS5. If you look at the PSVR box it will say compatible with the PS5 in small print on the box in several spots. The contents will also indicate it includes a camera adaptor. If you already own a PSVR you can request a free adaptor directly from Sony. They have a website to do this since you can't buy the adaptor this is the only way to get it to work on the PS5 unless you buy a newer PSVR bundle that indicates it has an adaptor.
