Using video will overheat depending on what mode he is shooting
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Overpriced, Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. Thank you for sharing your experience with the ILCE6700 camera. We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, please note that High-quality movie recording and high-speed continuous shooting require large amounts of power. Therefore, if you continue to shoot, the temperature inside the camera will rise, especially that of the image sensor. In such cases, the overheat icon may appear on the camera screen. The camera will turn off automatically if you continue to use it after the icon is displayed because the surface of the camera is heated to a high temperature or the high temperature affects the quality of the images or the internal mechanism of the camera. We suggest resting the camera for a while or shoot in interval allowing the camera to cool down. Thank you for choosing Sony. For any questions or concerns, you can reach us at 239-245-6360.
