Best Buy canceled my preorder too. I called BB customer service about the issue which was a total waste of time. Customer service workers at BB are clueless and not helpful at all. The answer I got from the BB rep was “What do you want me to do”. I don’t think BB shipped any a7s III preordered cameras. They allowed people to preorder then started canceling their orders on Sony’s annouced shipping date.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To be honest idk what Best Buy has going on. I preordered mine on Aug 2, I was told it would ship Sept 24th. Next thing I know I received an email saying if the order wasn’t fulfilled by Oct 1st they would automatically cancel my order. I didn’t care when it shipped just don’t cancel my order. Today at 11:59 they canceled my order. I don’t feel anyone has received their camera from Best Buy. I’m very disappointed.
