Hi Reverend, the camera can record internally but will have a 30 minutes recording limit. If you are looking to record longer, we recommend using a third-party external video recorder. It is a very good camera for live-streaming, but you would need a third-party video capture device to connect it to the computer and make sure the HDMI info settings is turned off inside the camera setting to produce a clean HDMI signal.
