Yes its good in low light pics. I have good pictures of Las Vegas from this camera taken in night. Low light pictures with prime lens is unbelievable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've only had this camera for a few weeks. If you learn how to manipulate the shutter/exposure time, it's great! I took a picture in complete darkness outdoors with only the light emanating from a neighbors home across the street that had Christmas candles in the window. It came out awesome :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, it is excelent with low light condition even at auto mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The camera has a large dynamic range so works well. However, depending on how low you mean, you may need to consider the f2.8 35mm lens. I'd check in store first if you can. At 34mm, the kit 16-50 is at f5. On auto iso at 1/60th shutter, it pushes iso to 3200. To get a well lit shot at iso 1600 under fluorescent lights I used 1/15th. Same setting with a bit less light was warmer and acceptable. Same pic at iso 6400 was nicely lit and when viewed closely showed no noise.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's OK. The lenses aren't real fast, and that's the most important part. You can push the ISO a lot, which helps. Probably better than average.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the high iso options and the intelligent auto mode produced great pictures at my holiday party.
