• Yes, the 16-50mm kit lens has Optical Steady Shot image stabilization. The lens part number is SELP1650, you can find it's specs that way.

• Yes AND no. To clarify the A6000 has 3 axis image stabilization built in to the body and relies on the IS in lenses to get the other two axis.
