A:Answer The ALT-SA32PC does not change or disable any audio from a source device of itself, it just gets its audio from the audio input on the transmitter.
If you are connecting the transmitter to a headphone socket, depending on the device, the speakers may cut out - this is the source device doing this, not the transmitter - if this is the case then connect the transmitter to a line output rather than a headphone output.
