The size of the display would depend on the height of your ceiling. The size of the display on my ceiling (10 ft) is about 8 inches high. That is an estimate. I haven't measured it. I'm 65 years old and have no problem seeing the display.

However, the dimensions of the whole unit is approximately 114.5 mm 104 mm 100.5 mm (w/h/d) (4 5/8 inches x 4 1/8 inches x 4 inches) including projecting parts and controls. I hope this helps.
