• There is a focus adjustment on the projection unit. This may have gotten bumped. Just turn the adjustment and you should have it back in focus.

• you can adjust the focus on the projection. perhaps the angle you had it projected at was changed and you just need to focus it a little…?

• Have you tried adjusting the focus? There is a little slider wheel on the underside of the projection side part.
