• One cannot set the alarm to automatically every week go off, for example, on Mondays. That would have to be done manually every time. You can set the alarm to go off "weekday," meaning Monday thru Friday and not the weekends or "weekend," meaning Saturdays and Sundays, and not the weekdays or "weekday weekend," meaning the alarm would go off every day.
