You choose your time zone and the clock will synch up with shortwave radio signal from WWV, keeps accurate time via atomic clock in Fort Collins, Colorado or somewhere else in Hawaii (I think). If you live in a big concrete building like I do or around lots of big buildings, it does not receive well. Anyway, you can still set the time yourself, but it is cool to have it synch automatically. There is also a button for daylight savings time so it keeps your time accurate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The time is already programed to EST. But it is easily adjusted to the correct time zone. Plus, I like to have the time 10 minutes ahead. Might need to read the instructions though, its not obvious at first.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It automatically pulls the time you just need to give it your time zone and whether you have daylight savings time.
