“I bought your Sony 4K UHD Upscale DVD Player model BDP-S6700. I also purchased 2 4K movies but am unable to play either. I registered both dvds on Movies Anywhere and my player is on our WiFi network. Can you help?”

Hi, Matt! Unfortunately, the unit is not designed to support 4K content. It is capable of upscaling content to near 4K. You may want to consider the UBP-X800M2 or UBP-X700. ~Ralph
