I have not had that problem but I think its better to take it back instead of having more issues later when you can't take it back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you either have interference with your wifi, or a defective player. Once I connected with modem and entered Netflix PW and user info, I was off and running. And even when I used my PS3 for Netflix, I had no issues. I believe you have a defective player.
