QuestionJust got the BDP-s1500 player in our 2018 rv. Think it's intended to use on one of the THREE tvs, but we want to play CDs. Otherwise, NO MUSIC in newer RVs. Can we just pop a cd in?

QuestionIs aspect ratio preserved?This is the second time I am posting this question... I guess I was not clear the first time because the answer dis not apply to my situation. I want a Blu-ray player that I can play my standard 4:3 DVDs on to a new 1080p HD TV that **will** maintain the 4:3 aspect ratio of the video by adding black bars to the left and right sides. I DO NOT want a player that forces the video into the 16:9 aspect ratio of the TV. So again, here is my question: Does this player maintain the true 4:3 aspect ratio of video from DVDs by adding the vertical black bars to the sides? Thanks in advance!

- Answer Hello Kevin, thank you for your message. Under Screen Settings, you can select [4:3] when connecting to a 4:3 screen TV without a wide mode function. - Answer They have a wireless option, I think it says "Built in Wi-Fi" on the title. But this one requires an Ethernet cord. It streams both, but after an update my Hulu won't play, it keeps crashing.

- Answer Hi Nick, based on the specifications of this player, the region code is A ( Blu-ray ) and 1 ( DVD ) because Sony players sold in the U.S.are coded to play Region A & 1 Blu-ray & DVD discs. They also will play discs labelled Region 0 or Free. The same will be true for a computer or Blu-ray Disc player purchased in another region. There is no way to override the region code. Dave

- Answer most blu-ray players don't offer the hbogo or wwe network. you're more likely to see those apps on a TV or I would recommend getting a ChromeCast and use your laptop
