How to access web browser null

There is an Icon that looks like a globe.

It will need to be accessed by going through the Home -selecting ALL APPS then select internet browser. One the browser is opened, use the directional arrows to move to the address bar to enter the web address that you would like to visit. Go to home page,and pick web browser and open it up, and your there.
