Sometimes the wrong connection can cause problems. If you are using a connection that doesn't offer the appropriate speed then the visual and audio may not work appropriately. Your HDMI cable needs to be able to travel 3,840x2,160 pixels at up to 30 frames per second or 4,096x2,160 at 24 frames. Other than that, could it be the tv? Hope this works/helps!
