• Try unplugging the player. Wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in. Sometimes that works.

• Hello Lewis! We recommend making sure that the unit has the latest firmware version installed M26.R.0218 and also to try these steps if the tray is not opening: while the player is turned on, press the STOP, HOME, and then TOP MENU buttons on the remote commander to unlock the tray. ~Jeannette
