I experienced this once when trying to eject a disc, but the situation finally corrected itself somehow after turning the unit off and back on again, etc.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to me one time. I unplugged the unit for a few seconds and replugged it. Solved the problem and hasn't messed up since.
