You may want to try a higher quality cable. Often, the older cables are unable to handle the higher bandwidth required for a 4k player
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used this Blu Ray 6500 in connection with my Yamaha RX-V379 all worked well except 3D movies no image but sound good. After many calls with Sony it was proven that this Yamaha receiver is not compatible which apparently is a big issue with Yamaha. Maybe this is your issue as well. Also note that Yamaha receivers require a booster for anything over 5 feet which was my first issue
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I discovered the same issue with my Sony TV. I purchase high quality HDMI cables and discovered thru trial and error that they have directional arrows on them. Make sure the arrows are pointing in the direction of the signal flow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your HDMI connection set up, It may not be wired correctly. Also check the audio settings on Blueray player and on the receiver.On some disks you have to set the player for Dolby HD, 5.1, 7.1 DTS, LPCM ect.
