• This one keeps freezing up. I have to unplug it to get it working. Now it has finally froze and won't restart. It's only 6 months old. I'll have to buy a new one, but not a sony.

• I have not had any issues at all and have used it hard over the last month+ with several days of Netflik and YouTube streaming for hours with no problems.

• My TV set is SONY brand. If there is no picture when you play this unit, please unplug the HDMI cable and re-hook up the cable on both the TV set and the DVD player.
