• The TV does not need to be a smart TV. This unit can add Smart features to any TV. The Smart features are often better looking and functioning on the TV's than they are on the disc players, but not so in this case. If you have a TV (without smart features) that you're happy with, this can provide you with a means of watching DVD's and streaming internet movies, programs, and other content.
