• I am always seeing the DVD in full screen mode. Is there any other option?

• Hi woods121, you may change the screen setting of the blu-ray to 16:9. Make sure that the TV screen setting is also set to wide mode in order to get a full screen picture. please check the link: https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4571032111.pdf (p28). Regards, ~Erin
