“I bought this radio new. The screen is so dim you cannot read it. I turned the dim off and set brightness to 10 and still cannot see the display. I'm I missing something or should my car in?”

Check to make sure the orange/white wire is connected right to the harness. I know this was an issue with my install. You can also troubleshoot on Sony's website https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00032323
