Will it work with the Acura built in subwoofer null

No because the factor sub works only with that factor amplifier for what they call a premium sound system. If you do a whole system everything will have to be bypassed. Now if you what to go the hard route you can integrate into the factory amp. Only thing is you will have to test each wire per speaker to see which is which. Hope this helps.
