• Have you had any luck? I've not gotten mine to sync yet either

• When I first synced the headphones on it showed what device I'm syncing. I saw the device labeled as WI-C400 and clicked it. Now when I turn on my headphones they sync up. I would go speak to one of the guys behind the desk of the headphone area and ask about it.
