Volume is real low null

I haven't used them at high volume even when vacuming. They are loud to me but I dont blast them like the teenagers like. They some what block some of the outside sounds and I enjoy them. I use to always buy LG but they are not available and these are like them.

I experienced the same thing. At first i thought they were defective cause i could barely hear anyone that called. Even thou it said battery was high, i put them on to charge for about an hour. Worked like new after that. I have ran them all day playing music and Not once had it say battery is low. It always said better level high. Hope this helps.
