“I bought these about a month ago, they seemed to work well and battery lasted a while. They suddenly stopped working. They needed to be charged and when I plugged them the red light went on and back off. Now they won't turn on. Anything I can do?”

Not sure, but I usually reboot my earphones by going into Settings on your computer. Disconnect, then reconnect Bluetooth. I hope this is helpful.
