“Right ear gone to almost no sound. Left ear is still as normal. Tried resetting to factory settings, made no difference. Anyone had this? TrIed Sony, but very disappointed by their lack of interest/help. Won’t buy Sony again considering their response.”

• The ear bud has failed and would need to be replaced.

• Yes. But mine was all about blowing out the earpiece. Gotta love compressed air.
