Can this be installed in a 2000 Dodge Durango? null

Most cars can take any aftermarket cd player, you just need to purchase an aftermarket dash kit and wiring harness like seen here http://www.carid.com/2000-dodge-durango-stereo-installation/ Best Buy also will do the install for a fee, and cost of dash kit and wiring harness. You can do it yourself but some cars are harder to pull the dash apart than others. Good luck.
