Let's try to isolate this issue by following the troubleshooting steps below: -Connect the ground wire of the turntable properly. -The contacts between the plugs of the connecting cords and the corresponding jacks have not been made properly. Connect the plugs firmly. -The audio system is picking up some noise from a TV set. Move the audio system away from the TV set or turn the TV set off. If you're unable to resolve the issue, please contact us.
