• Subs don't matter as they are powered by the amp built in. Most receivers do 6 and 8. If it does 4 it will do anything above. The higher the ohm the easier on the amp it is

• Hi, Rat! It depends if the receivers support 115 W with an impedance of 6 ohms. You may want to check with the manufacturer of both receivers for specifications. ~Ralph
