• I have a 100-watt per channel amp, so any that can be driven safely by your amp. My left and right channel speakers are $50.00 ,5-insh radio-shack bookshelf speakers from the 80's. Sounded good then, sound great now. Eve better w/ the new center channel. You really need to visit a showroom to decide what sound good to you.

• I'm no expert but the speaker size is not exactly small nor is it really big. I use it as a center speaker for a 3, 5, 7 channel audio setup. That is the assumed purpose by design

• Works with many different speakers of good quality. We paired ours with Sony 7:1 receiver and polk audio speakers with a klipsch bass cabinet. The sound is awesome.

• I would match this Center Speaker with the Sony Core Towers. I have both the Center and Towers. And loving it everyday.
