To start, these speakers are 6 ohm and rated at 145 watts. Watts not a concern, but the ohms may be. I am a company man.... So to speak. I like to match everything. I am not familiar with NAD,. I keep everything Sony. I installed a new home theater and all Sony. Even though the folks at XXXXBuy tried to mix my system up. I am driving the speakers with a Sony STR-DN1080. Set up for 7.1. Only have watched one show with them and it was great. Hope this helps. Sorry if I missed the mark. BTW... When I update my system here, my old system.... 15 years old was a Sony.... Speakers were 3 ohm. Really wanted to use them..... But didn't..... Later..Gerry
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Tyler! The rated impedance of this speaker is 6 ohms with the maximum input power of 145 W. If your AV receiver supports 6 ohms then it will work. More specifications of the speaker on this link below. https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4533/45336590M.pdf Happy to help, David
