“I cannot send pics to laptop. I have run through all the setup and successfully connected the camera to WiFi but when I try to send a pic it gives me the message "Connected to the access point. Cannot connect to the computer to be saved." (Win 10)”

the wifi function is terrible. I have the dsc hx80 and the sony vaio laptop and the connection finds the network and the computer but the transfer does not happen. very frustrating. Poor sony software ( which takes very long to update) and camera a disappointment in the wifi regard.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sony apps are a disaster and a little gimmickie. Just pop out the sd card and plug it into your computer to transfer. Do not say delete automatically after transfer with windows (avoiding another nightmare scenario). Keep it simple.
