“Ok so I have the camera. And I just figured out how to get the best quality video I can and when I try to export it. I can’t with AVCHD files only mp4. I need to know what memory card to get I have a SanDisk extreme pro 32 GB”

Try a SanDisk Ultra 64GB SDXC series 10. Anything less doesn't cope with the high def.
