Hi RAMI, Make sure that the memory card is fully inserted into the camera and has a lot of space for new files. You may format the card: http://docs.esupport.sony.com/dvimag/2014/DSC-W800_guide/en/contents/TP0000234041.html or use a new one to further isolate the issue. Regards, Vincent
