• Yes, the Sony DSCRX100 Camera is compatible with Macintosh Operating System. You can use iPhoto Software for transferring images and iMovie Software for transferring videos.

• Absolutely! :) Works great with mine. I have not used the included software, rather Aperture, however the camera plugged directly in as well as the memory card put directly into my MB Pro work just great.
