Adjusting volume of radio is easy, but we have not found any instructions about changing the buzzer alarm volume except to say that it can be changed! Please try again later.I believe this is an error in the design of this clock/radio...I couldn't find any answer to this in the length instructions...I am in complete agreement with the comment from the other person about this problem...Sony needs to redesign this clock/radio and make sure their instructions match up with the workings of this clock/radio...If anyone else has one that works right, then the rest of us must have the "lemons".

I have since been in touch directly with Sony, and this is (unfortunately) the answer, straight from the horse's mouth: "The alarm volume cannot be adjusted when set for buzzer. The volume level can be adjusted for the radio or CD alarm."
