“Is there a Viewfinder? Specs say no, but it looks like there's one above the LCD screen?”

• Yes. It has the option to switch to the viewfinder to take pics or through the LCD screen. Also, the screen flips out so you can take a pic above your head and still see the pic.

• Hi Kay, Camera does have a Viewfinder. It's on top of the LCD screen. Vincent.

• Yes, there is a traditional viewfinder as well as the screen on the back. You can use either.

• Yes, there is a viewfinder for the sony hx300. That's one of the reasons why we bought this camera.

• Yes, there is a view finder. There is a button next to the view finder that will allow you to turn it on or off in order to use the lcd.
